The Isle of Palms (IOP), according to a recently published survey by Travel & Leisure, is one of the most expensive suburbs in the nation.

The analysis rated suburbs in each state according to the median house sale price using data from Zillow and Redfin.

IOP has the highest expensive real estate value in the state, at $1,325,000, according to Travel And Leisure.
