The mid-year tourism statistics for the beach communities of Baldwin County, which Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Tourism (GSOBT) reported last week, were a pleasant development. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan are on track to enjoy a record-breaking year for tourism earnings as of the end of August.
