Truckee's new registration moratorium on Short-Term Rental registration certificates has been extended until June 15, 2022

The Town Council enacted Urgency Ordinance 2021-06, which established a 45-day embargo on the issue of new Short-Term Rental registration certificates, on September 28, 2021. The moratorium was extended until June 15, 2022 by Town Council on October 26, 2021.
