Here are homes for sale in three of the most expensive areas of Panama City Beach

Despite the fact that property prices in Bay County tend to rise as buyers drive west of the Hathaway Bridge, there are three homes for sale in the Panama City Beach area that stand out as the most costly on the market.

According to the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors, all have unique designs and lavish facilities, and prices ranging from $4 million to nearly $10 million.
