The largest transaction in this week's real estate was a house in Harbor Acres. John Chew Jr. and Judith Chew, trustees from Ridgeland, Mississippi, purchased the house at 1309 Vista Drive from Cynthia Kaye Taylor and Terry Frank Taylor of Bradenton for $15.5 million. It features a pool, 8,452 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and was constructed in 2010.
